Shipping & Tracking
Domestic Shipping
- Free for orders $100 or more
- $9.6 for orders less than $100
- Estimated Delivery time: 3-5 business days
International Shipping
- Free for orders of $150 or more
- $15-28 for orders less than $150, depending on the destination.
- Estimated delivery time: 10-20 business days.
Tracking
Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to be updated and send to you by email.
If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder.
Returns + Exchanges
Return process
To start a return, please contact us within 7 days after you have received the product. Tell us the reason for return or exchange. We will assist you in obtaining a return shipping label and guid you through the packaging process. Please ensure that the product is return in its original condition, with all tags attached, and securely packaged in its original packaging.
Exceptions to the return policy
- Product that have been used
- Products that are not in their original condition
- Products missing their tags
- Products that have been shipped to a different return address
- Products specified as "sold as-is"*
* Items marked as "sold as-is" may have minor imperfections or scratches. Please note that these items are not eligible for return or refund if they arrive with scratches.

- We DO NOT cover for the return shipping fee
- Returned item must have original tags or packaging and be in new sellable condition.
- Opened package is subjected to a $1-3 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.
- We will not accept the return if products that are returned with signs of wear or damage.
International returns
- For international returns, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any custom fees or duties that may be incurred.
- Returned item(s) must have original tags or packaging and be in new sellable condition.
- Opened package are subject to a $1-3 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.
- We will not accept the return of product(s) that are returned with signs of wear or damage.
Return tracking
- For domestic return, we will provide you with a trackable shipping label.
- For international returns, we commend that you use a trackable shipping method when returning the item(s). We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damage in transit.
