Return and Refund Policy

We happily offer a 7-day return and refund policy for all products purchased on our website.. Here's how it works:

1. Faulty or Incorrect Product

If you receive a faulty product or we've sent you the wrong item, don't worry. We'll guide you through the return process, and we'll cover all shipping costs.

2. Change of Mind

Changed your mind about your purchase? No problem. You can return it, but we kindly ask for a small fee of W6000 to cover the round trip delivery expenses.

Also, if your item is in 'ready to ship' status, meaning it has already been invoiced to the courier, you may also be charged for a round-trip shipping fee.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll swing into action. Expect your refund or exchange to be processed within 2-3 business days.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

While we strive to make our customers happy, there are a few exceptions to our return policy:

  • Products that have been used or damaged
  • Products that aren't in their original condition
  • Products missing their tags
  • Products shipped to a different address
  • Products labelled as "sold as-is"*
  • Sales or discounted Product

*Please note that items marked as "sold as-is" may have minor imperfections or scratches. Unfortunately, these items can't be returned or refunded if they arrive with scratches.
