Refund policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from Ozzy Jungle. If, for any reason, you find yourself less than completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns and Refunds

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of purchase if find the product fault or if we sent you the wrong product, simply contact us to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions to return the product.

Notes: "Sold as-is" is not eligible for return or refund. Please read the "Notice" section before purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that minds can change. If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, we accept it with a small fee of $6 to cover the round trip delivery expenses.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will assist you in obtaining a return shipping label and guide you through the packaging process. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, with all tags attached, and securely packaged in its original packaging.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or damaged
  • Products that are not in their original condition
  • Products missing their tags
  • Products that have been shipped to a different address
  • Products specified as "sold as-is"*

*Items marked as "sold as-is" may have minor imperfections or scratches. Please note that these items are not eligible for return or refund if they arrive with scratches.

International Returns

For international returns, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any customs fees or duties that may be incurred.

Track Your Return

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method when returning an item. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
